Please notice the new links over to the right. Lisa sent out information about the HPL-wide Missing AV and Orphan Item Log in the last blog post. This log is for items that cannot be resolved in-house as well as items from other systems returned to us by mistake. Two new logs have been added as well. JOH AV Issue Log is for in-house issues. This includes DVDs returned without the disc or audiobooks returned with missing discs, for example. If these issues are not resolved in house, then they go onto the HPL-wide log. Lastly, Johnson IT Sprocket & Hotspot Issue Log is also linked to the right. Here, you log all issues that you contact IT about, all Spockets entered, and any Hotspot Issues/Transports. If you have any questions, let me know.
